At NBS FARMER'S AGRO PROCESSING PVT. LTD., we value your trust and aim to provide high-quality Garlic Powder and FMCG products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, our return and refund policies are designed with food safety and hygiene in mind.

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product delivered is defective or expired.
• The product received is incorrect or not as per the order placed.
• Products once opened, partially used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with proof (photos/videos).

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for:
• Orders cancelled before dispatch.
• Products verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect after investigation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.

3. Replacement Policy

• In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
• Replacement will be shipped after verification of the claim.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
